The Role
As Institutional Sales Associate, you will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the full sales cycle. This is a client-facing position with significant exposure to senior team members and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted research to identify high-potential prospects (institutions, corporates, hedge funds, family offices, blockchain foundations, issuers)
- Initiate outbound outreach via email, calls, and social channels to qualify leads within the Swiss market
- Own all phases of the sales cycle: prepare tailored presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings; manage follow-ups and pipeline communication
- Develop deep product knowledge across the full suite (custody, tokenization, trading, staking, derivatives)
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and support reporting/forecasting
- Foster ongoing client relationships; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Stay informed on crypto industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to the sales process
Profil recherché
Your Profile- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) to track pipeline and client interactions
- High attention to detail; ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in English; French or German is a strong advantage
- Professional, responsive, customer-centric mindset
