HR Business Partner - 6 month CDD

Act as a trusted advisor to a population of around 200 employees, ensure a strong point of contact and continuous support
- Work closely with mangers and the population to ensure smooth talent management and retention
- Support the population during transition phases with change management
- Support recruitment, on-boarding, and talent development initiatives, including training plans
- Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching
- Act as a real partner, overseeing HR strategy and action planning for the HR department
- Support with the management of HR budgets & salary review
- HR metrics & reporting
- Proven track record as a senior HR BP, assuring autonomy
- A degree or certification in HR management, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in overseeing HR strategies and policies.
- Experience of working within a changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to workplace challenges.
- 6 month CDD role
- Flexibility, with working from home possible 1-2 times per week
