Aufgaben

Leading assigned audit projects or collaboration as a senior specialist in audit teams dealing with digital transformation and change management in all areas of the group / As a lead auditor, you will independently manage SAP-related projects e.g. S2P, OTC, R2R and select the team for them, as well as instruct external specialists who will be assigned to specific tasks / The audit spectrum covers the areas of finance, production, purchasing, sales/marketing, stock inventory, supply chain, HR, etc.

/ Supporting the digital transformation of the group and innovative initiatives / Responsible for the timely completion of audits and for documenting the findings in concise reports / Presentation of important results to the Audit Committee in collaboration with the Head of Internal Audit / Advising line managers on the basis of the findings in order to minimize the associated risks as well as controlling the implementation of the recommendations / Participation in the optimization of internal audit methodology and processes / Conducting training courses on risk awareness and risk measures / Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Engineering / CPA, CIA or CISA certification required / Knowledge of the IIA's Global Internal Audit Standards / Experience in auditing, preferably in industry or at a Big Four firm / Solid experience as a senior auditor / Auditing experience in supporting IT innovations, modern AI methods, applications, or digital change management / Experience with testing or implementing language models is an advantage / In-depth SAP knowledge and understanding of standard business processes such as source-to-pay, order-to-cash, or the record-to-report financial process / Understanding of automated data pipeline processes ETL and interest in using AI and digital tools/ Analytical, risk-oriented personality with goal, deadline and results orientation / Independent, proactive approach to work and at the same time team-oriented / Interest in leadership roles / Good written and verbal communication skills / English and German.
