This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager - Customer Support
Your role and responsibilities
Provide internal and external customer support (e.g., technical support, order assistance, payment assistance) and coordinate with the appropriate resources to take full case responsibility and increase customer satisfaction.
The working model for the role is: Mainly on-site / home office of 1 day.
They are mainly responsible for:
- Error-free processing of order processing
- Responsible for the timely delivery of orders
- Compliance with internal guidelines with regard to credit line approval, creation of credit notes and price changes or discount increases, opening new customers
- Compliance with safety regulations

The office reports to the Customer Support Manager
Qualifications for the role- Basic commercial training with technical understanding and interest or basic technical training with commercial further training
- Experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of English, French and German, both written and spoken, other languages are an advantage
- Training as a foreign trade specialist is an advantage or several years of practical experience in export processing
- Good MS Office skills as well as good SAP skills (module SD, MM)
