The Front Desk Assistant is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, maintaining the reception area, scheduling appointments, handling mail, providing administrative support, and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees warmly, creating a positive first impression.
  • Handle incoming calls courteously and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's professionalism.
  • Manage appointments and meetings, ensuring accurate scheduling and reminders.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as assist in outgoing mail preparations.
  • Provide basic administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and handling travel documents.
  • Work effectively in pairs and collaborate with others to ensure smooth operations.

  • CFC diploma or higher, or a degree from a hospitality school
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to maintain a well-organized and professional reception area
