The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) is a world-leading institute in global health with a particular focus on low- and middle-income countries. Associated with the University of Basel, Swiss TPH combines research, education and services at local, national and international level.

Around 1000 staff and students from 96 nations work at Swiss TPH focusing on climate change, environment and health, infectious and non-communicable diseases, societal and cultural context, and health systems and policies.

We are looking for a committed, organized and creative Communications Intern to join our team for a 10-month, full-time internship starting in August/September 2025. The exact starting date and length of the internship can be discussed.

Communications Intern (100%)

As part of our Communications team, you will gain hands-on experience across the full range of internal and external communications activities at Swiss TPH. From content creation and visual design to event support, you will play an active role in how the institute communicates across channels and formats to diverse audiences.

This is a unique opportunity to build your skills in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to strengthening the visibility and impact of a leading global health institute.
