Bioprocess Engineer - Martigny

Our team is looking for a Bioprocess Engineer for our client in the canton of Valais :

Duration : 1 year

Main responsibilities :

• Manage operational activities related to DSP and BioConjugates manufacturing: technology transfer, material planning, document preparation, training, variance management.
• Lead the deployment of new SAP functionalities, with a focus on change management documentation and updating SOPs and batch files.
• Assume a functional leader role within an interdisciplinary team (production, supervision, specialists).
• Develop and implement training documentation for manufacturing staff and logistics teams.
• Support clinical and commercial manufacturing activities in DSP areas: capture, intermediate purification, polishing, filling.
• Ensure the proper functioning of single-use or stainless steel equipment for therapeutic protein purification or BioConjugates (ADC) manufacturing.

Profile :

• University degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, biochemistry or related field.
• Significant experience in DSP manufacturing or bioprocesses in the biopharmaceutical industry (chromatography, filtration, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of GMP.
• Expertise in SAP, including materials management (BOM).
• Good understanding of production logistics flows.
• Experience as an end user of MES.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
