Tasks- Provide timely on-site engineering support to clients for audio-visual equipment setup and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, ensuring minimal downtime for client operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide clients with innovative and efficient solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in AV engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of AV systems and technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting AV equipment and systems, including video conferencing, projectors, and sound systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
