HR Manager (Bilingual French and English)

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders and directors, providing guidance on people-related topics including performance, employee relations, organizational matters, and workforce planning
- Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of all HR operations, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, contracts, changes, terminations)
- Supervise payroll activities in collaboration with external providers, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulations (social security, pensions, taxation)
- Maintain a strong understanding of Swiss labor law and HR practices, ensuring local compliance and best practices are applied
- Support and coach managers on day-to-day HR matters and complex employee situations
- Manage key HR processes such as salary reviews, reporting, absence tracking, and HR KPIs
- Ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive and compliant work environment
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Strong expertise in Swiss HR regulations (Brevet Federal or HR Certificate a plus)
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a standalone HR role
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Fluent in English, with good command of French
