Sales expert B2B Outbound
We advocate for fair compensation, proper credit, and respectful storytelling, aiming to create a more inclusive and just visual culture. With our network of 250 visual creators, mainly operating in underrepresented regions of the global south, we offer services to NGOs, International Organisations and Corporates.
In 2024 we launched a FairConsent App and Platform for consent collection and management, which is gaining traction and will be an important part of our sales efforts in the coming months.We’re seeking a Sales expert, with focus on B2B Outbound, who will thrive in a team driven by impact, enriched by diversity, and grounded in a flat, collaborative culture.
You’ll be based close to one of our two hubs, Bern or Cairo, or will be close enough to travel there at least once a month.
Aufgaben- Outbound sales & leads generation: research and build lead lists (NGOs, international orgs, global brands); run effective outreach campaigns: program sales sequences, over email, LinkedIn, social media (in close collaboration with our marketing manager), referrals, cold calling, etc; book meetings, deliver compelling demos, and follow up effectively until leads get converted into deals;
- Conversion: score, prioritise and convert marketing generated leads as well as sales generated leads to Fairpicture clients;
- Own our CRM (Freshsales): ensure all leads, contacts, and deals are properly tracked, scored, and moved through the pipeline — from first touch to signed contract — with clean data and consistent follow-up. Generate relevant insights from the CRM. Develop sales automations to reach larger audiences. Communicate how staff should enter data so that it stays consistent. Keep the CRM clean.
- Sales tactics: develop and adapt strategy and tactics to specific audiences and geographies. Qualify customer needs, tailor proposals. Work on sequences (not one-shot initiatives), leverage internal and external resources, collaborate. Help shape our pricing and value proposition through field insights.
- Bring your leadership to the marketing and sales circle and develop a sales culture within and throughout the company. Develop and propose strategic development initiatives.
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong track record in cold outreach, account development, and closing deals.
- Comfortable speaking to heads of communication, compliance, CSR managers, and decision-makers in NGOs, IOs, and global companies.
- Fluent in English (written + spoken); other languages a plus.
- Process driven, structured, proactive, and highly organized.
- CRM-native.
