Your Mission
Join us at CDDS to bring next-generation control, guidance, and state-estimation algorithms into high-speed kinetic interceptor drones.
We are looking for an experienced Drone pilot & operations Engineer to:
- take ownership of flight operations and field tests
- support the integration and production of drone platforms
- help improve production and test workflows
We move at a high pace and priorities shift quickly. You should be comfortable building in an environment where the problem and responsibilities can change underneath you.
What you will be working on- Pilot interceptor drones and support flight operations
- Organize and conduct field tests
- Assemble, integrate, calibrate, and maintain drone systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the field and workshop
Qualifikation
Your Profile
We are looking for people who thrive in a fast paced start-up, on rapid prototyping, and hands-on flight testing. Implementing quick fixes and tests under pressure. Additionally, you are ready to travel to test locations abroad and be part of customer demonstrations all over the world.
Required- Flight Experience with UAVs
- Experience assembling, integrating, calibrating, and maintaining UAV systems
- Strong practical and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and conducting field tests
- Open to travel often
- Background in production, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly
- EASA drone certifications (A1/A3, A2, STS, or equivalent)
- Competitive robotics or UAV competition experience
- Driver's license
