Duties and Responsibilities:
Within the Re-Usable project team and in close collaboration with the industrialization senior industrialization engineer who lead these activities :
- Develop assembly tool from requirements definition, design in 3D, details drawings, component procurement, assembly, tuning and qualification.
- Assembly processes development: manual assembly, glueing, welding, crimping, soldering.
- Manufacturing process characterization : Design of Experiments.
- Test method qualification.
- Assembly process qualification , Medical Device approach : IQ OQ PQ , capability study.
- Populate the information in the Application Lifecycle Management system.
Work Experience & Education requirements, Skills & Abilities required:
- Start Date ASAP
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in mechanics, mechatronics.
- Mechanical design (ideally manual assembly tools) in SolidWorks CAD.
- Able to write clear comprehensive and consistent specifications.
- Experimented in Regulated industry like Medical Device industry ideally in clean room environment.
- Use od statistical tools : R&R Study, Capability Study, DOE.
- Analytic approach from specification of needs to design and qualification.
- Able to dialog with external tool maker to adapt the design to the manufacturing and get offers.
- End zone profile, production oriented.
- Track records in assembly tooling design and qualification.
- Track records in manufacturing process development, characterization, qualification
- Communicate easily in an international context.
- Fluent in English : oral and written.
