Role Overview
As Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with the CMO on branding, campaign development, and creative strategy.
You’ll design impactful materials, shape our digital communication, and ensure visual consistency across every touchpoint.
Your work will play a key role in how TRAILA is perceived by our clients, partners, and community.
Tasks
Branding & Design- Design and evolve TRAILA’s brand identity across web, print, and digital channels.
- Create marketing materials including pitch decks, investor presentations, campaign assets, landing pages, and event visuals.
- Develop visuals for internal and external communications, reports, and product documentation.
-Support storytelling and communication initiatives with creative, high-quality design.
Social Media & Content Creation- Plan, design, and publish content on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Produce compelling digital and motion content (graphics, short videos, animations).
- Track engagement and contribute to refining our digital voice and content strategy.
Digital Collaboration & Strategy
-Work closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams to align communication and brand goals.- Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and drive marketing innovation.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work on time and to high standards.
- Support marketing campaigns, launches, and employer branding initiatives.
-Bring fresh perspectives on digital tools, automation, and AI-driven communication.
Requirements- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and digital communication.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, social media campaigns, and multimedia storytelling.
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma.
- Solid understanding of brand identity systems, typography, layout, and composition.
- Proven ability to create engaging video and motion graphics for digital channels.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Nice to have
-Experience with B2B or tech-focused brands.- Familiarity with marketing automation and collaboration tools (HubSpot, Canva, etc.).
