Receptionist / Admin Assistant 80-100% FR/ENG

Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional welcome for visitors, clients, and business partners
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support the organization of meetings and events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to management and various internal departments
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders with external suppliers
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and calendar coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth office operations
  • Perform data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc office management tasks
ASAP - mission of 1-3 month Fluent french/english - international environement
  • Diploma in Administration, Business Support, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
