Aufgaben

Analysis of IT systems and processes of existing investment controlling and reporting business processes in asset management to achieve best possible performance and sustainability / Developing use cases and gathering user requirements for the development and implementation of technical solutions / Support financial operations of accounting, reporting and portfolio management of funds and investments with an emphasis on sustainability and future efficiency and scalability / Optimization of portfolio management processes for the management of complex fund structures, various accounting systems and the ongoing automation of complex calculations / Optimization of reporting functions, including the creation of reports for waterfall and management fees as well as long-term forecasts for investors / Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the availability of investment and reporting data across different asset classes / Evaluation of applications for investment controlling and for implemented tools / Evaluation of the business benefits of new technologies and how they are introduced / Coordination of projects with cross-functional teams for optimal integration of Investran and best business outcomes / Point of contact for financial operations systems linked to investment controlling / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Bachelor’s or Master’ degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or Business Informatics / Work experience in fund industry in the financial processes of asset management, a custodian bank, at a fund provider or in consulting / Knowledge of Investran, Simcorp or Avaloq as an advantage / Understanding of accounting, fund reporting requirements and fund structure set up is required / Experience in project management, implementation as well as coordination of specialized teams / Solid professional experience in process analysis, in the area of information flows and problem solving / Strong analytical skills / Interest in understanding and solving complex challenges / Ability to work in a team, manage time and interest in adapting to dynamic interdisciplinary environment / Languages: English and German.
