Regional HR Operations Manager

Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will oversee HR operations across an international scope:

  • Manage and oversee payroll operations across approximately 10 countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Lead compensation topics and coordinate the remuneration committee
  • Drive the management and optimization of the HRIS
  • Supervise and support a small HR team
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee management, offboarding)

  • Proven experience in international HR operations
  • Strong expertise in multi-country payroll and HR administration
  • Good command of HRIS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Strong leadership and service-oriented mindset
