Develop and implement sourcing strategies for electronics components, PCBAs, and related assemblies
- Manage supplier selection, qualification, and development for electronic categories
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure cost-competitive, quality-compliant supply solutions
- Act as a key interface between R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Operations for all electronics-related purchasing matters
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks in the electronics supply chain (availability, pricing, geopolitical factors)
- Ensure full contract lifecycle management and compliance with corporate procurement standards
- Support global category alignment and contribute to international sourcing projects
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Several years of experience in strategic procurement of electronics or PCBAs, ideally in an international manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of electronics BOMs, design-for-cost topics, and supplier ecosystems (EMS, OEMs, component manufacturers)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office tools
- Hands-on, structured, and proactive mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally
