Specialist Fund Life Cycle Operations
Your Tasks:
Management of existing fund mandates and client relationships / Collaboration in the integration of new fund mandates and in the ongoing operational controlling of fund processes over the entire life cycle of the funds / Operational controlling of the life cycle of the funds with launches, splits, mergers, liquidations, etc./ Continuous analysis and optimization of work processes, adherence to deadlines, quality of data reporting and fund documentation / Continuous analysis and optimization of work processes, adherence to deadlines, quality of data reporting and fund documentation / Cooperation with internal stakeholders, troubleshooting, business continuity, Assessment of operational risks / Establishment and maintenance of a smoothly functioning framework based on KPIs for the fund life cycle in compliance with quality standards / Ensuring the coordination of all internal and external stakeholders / Processing life cycle management inquiries / Ongoing development of the department / Ad hoc projects.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degee / Experience with fund business operations in the area of funds/finance/legal / Experience in cross-functional project management and leading project teams / All-rounder knowledge of fun products and related operational processes and rules / All-rounder knowledge of life cycles of liquid or illiquid funds / Ability to understand complex business processes / Attention to detail, quality oriented / Organizational skills (multitasking) with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines / Communication and interpersonal skills / Presentation skills / Microsoft Office / German (C2/C1) and English.
